"The worst unprofessional office to do business with . Please go to other locations . Started with them not billing me for a month then Tried to charge me a late fee, was told would get a call back and that never happened. I had to call back a few days later then they blamed it on the death of the owner parent . This is a business and personal matters should not affect business ."

"Wonderful service from Jazalyn Jackson! I called to get a quote on my auto policy, which I subsequently purchased and she offered the option to bundle my homeowners policy, which I declined, but after she explained the benefits and gave me a quote that came in cheaper, yet more beneficial, I decided to move my homeowners policy as well. I'd been with my current insurer for 26 years, but Jazalynn was very efficient and worked to get a better policy for me. She's friendly, professional, easy to talk to and there was no pressure - only information. Happy to be with State Farm and the SDD Agency. Thanks Jazalynn!"

"What an awesome agency! I haven't had this kind of personal support from an insurance company or agency in many years. Personal one-on-one support from Sherry Devouse-Dennard, and personal calls from her team. It's really refreshing. I reached out to State Farm and a few other insurance companies to get a quote on a homeowner's policy, because my existing policy premium was being raised substantially, and NOT because I had even filed a claim, but just because. When I reached out to State Farm, Ms. Jazalynn Jackson assisted me. She was very knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I had and even added additional items to my policy and explained to me why I needed them. Her quote came in far below what my current insurance company was going to charge me had I renewed. Additionally, Jazalynn told me that I could get an even better quote if I bundled my homeowners policy with my automobile. Honestly, I wasn't interested because I had been with my automobile insurer for many years, 30 to be exact, and I was very happy with them. And, I had also told Jazalynn that I had the best rate my current auto policy could give me, with every good driver discount possible. Well, somehow this young lady made me listen. And I'm glad I did. Thanks State Farm for saving me money for both my homeowner's and auto policies. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance. You will find a wonderful group of people who really will have your best interest at heart."
