ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sherry Dennard - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of insurance and financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to employment)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Proven experience working as an insurance and/or financial services representative.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
